Vienna’s public transport is safe, clean, and very easy to use — you can reach almost anywhere within 20 minutes.

🚊 Public Transport

Vienna has an excellent network of U-Bahn (metro), trams, and buses.
The apartment is located near Stephansplatz and Schwedenplatz, two main metro hubs.
One ticket is valid for all metros, trams, and buses.

🚆 Arriving by Train

If you arrive by train, it will usually be at Wien Hauptbahnhof or Wien Mitte:

From Hauptbahnhof → U1 (Leopoldau) → 3 stops to Stephansplatz.
From Wien Mitte → U3 (Ottakring) → 2 stops to Stephansplatz.

At Stephansplatz exit “Stephansplatz”, cross the main square toward Rotenturmstraße, turn left, pass Kramergasse, and turn right at Bauernmarkt — the apartment is just there.
💡 Tip: If you book at www.oebb.at and set “Stephansplatz” as your destination, the metro is included and often cheaper.

✈️ From the Airport

S-Bahn S7: best value (€ 4.40). If you already have a Vienna ticket, buy only to Kaiserebersdorf.
City Airport Train (CAT): 16 min nonstop to Wien Mitte → U3 to Stephansplatz.
Bus VAL 2: Morzinplatz ↔ Airport ≈ 20 min.
Private transfers: 40100.at or airportdriver.at

Ankunft meist am Hauptbahnhof oder Wien Mitte:

Ab Wien Mitte → U3 Richtung Ottakring → 2 Stationen bis Stephansplatz.

In Stephansplatz Ausgang „Stephansplatz“ → Platz überqueren → Rotenturmstraße → links → an Kramergasse vorbei → rechts in Bauernmarkt.
